These terms set clear expectations for tracking, shipment support, payment verification, and customer responsibility.

Website use

The website provides shipment information, support communication, rate estimates, pickup requests, and admin-entered tracking updates. It should not be used to create false shipment records.

Tracking updates

Tracking information is based on updates entered by an authorized administrator. Map routes and current locations are informational and are not real GPS tracking unless a verified GPS/backend system is connected.

Payments

Customers should only pay after receiving written confirmation of the service, total amount, reason for payment, and refund conditions. CARGOZIX should not request gift cards, cryptocurrency, or repeated surprise release fees.

Limitation

Rate estimates and delivery dates shown on the website are informational until confirmed by support.
